Excellent R&R; Stay at Luna Encantada

We stayed at Luna in November and it was a delightful stay in a 3 bedroom condo, overlooking the infinity pool and ocean. The condo was spacious, beautiful marble kitchen, every amenity we could think of and very clean and cozy. We sat out on our balcony enjoying a coffee every morning. Every day Odin our beach server set up our loungers and umbrella, and brought us menus to order food from the restaurant next door. Steps to the ocean and the pool, and very quiet and relaxing; a benefit to a condo hotel. Waking to the sounds of the ocean was a delight. Steps up to 5th avenue and shopping and dining. Luna rates as one of our best stays, and many thanks to Tonya Sarina, of Playa Beach Condos & Villas who arranged our perfect stay and arranged private transportation right to our condo. The staff were friendly and helpful! We'll be back for sure!!
Great place for family or couple

We recently spent 7 days in B2 and it was great. The complex is right in the middle of town, on the beach and only a block from 5th. The pool was great and the beach was quiet and they have beach service from the restaurant next door. Adean was the beach server who sets up your umbrella and chairs every morning, he will bring you whatever you need. It is seriously a great place. We traveled with 2 kids (8 and 5) and they had a great time. The complex is quiet and you wont find a better location.

We stayed in B2 with friends and had a great experience. The beach was wonderful as was the location to the town of Playa. Some other guests reviewed B2 and said there was a sewer odor but we really didn't notice that. Great for families and friends!
Awesome Condo

We just completed a wonderful stay at Luna B-2. The location is perfect. The condo is huge and very tastefully decorated. Transfer from the airport and check in to the condo was a snap. Thanks Tonya. 6-8 people (3 couples) could easily have fit. Noise from fusion wasn't a problem. 5th ave is steps away. Walmart is an easy walk, but note that you can't buy alchohol on Sunday's or before 10 am, except at bars/rest. Went up to Walmart to stock up on Sunday since we arrived kind of late on Saturday, and found this out, dang. Free phone to us and internet was great to stay in touch. Never had a problem getting chairs on the beach. The infinity pool was great. Definetly would come back. We've done the all inclusive in Playa before, but now I'm sold on the condo concept. I don't know that we ended up saving alot of $$ compared to the all inclusive, but we had free reign on what ever, where ever, and when ever we wanted to eat and drink, plus the beach between the piers is the best for walking and people watching. Probably would've been cheaper if we'd bought more food at the stores and done a little less eating out, but hey isn't that what vacation is for???
Great Beach Experience

Loved the size of the condo. Beds were comfortable as was furniture. Had lights everywhere but yet the condo was kind of dark. The beach in Playa is perfection. Lovely sand, friendly surf, and plenty of good people watching. The location of the condo is perfect. You are in the center of everything. 5th avenue is charming with great restaurants, bars and shopping. The only negative...the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms had a terrible sewer gas smell in them most of the time. Maintenance checked on it, but nothing changed.
Manager's Response:
Due to heavy rains we had an airconditioning (not sewer gas) issue - it required a complete overhaul and now nothing smells at all!
