Luna Encantada is a beautiful complex, Our condo was outstanding. We enjoyed the roof top terrace a lot. Access to the beach was instant. We enjoyed the bar and resturant, Fusion, next door. We had food and beverage service on the beach. Overall, I highly recommend the resort!

Great condo with ocean veiws, the roof top deck was very nice place to sit at night to look at the stars and have a drink. Incredible master suite with nice shower and a large walk in closet. Playa is a fabulous place to visit and staying in such a nice condo made it even better.

Luna Encantada is fantastic! We thouroughly enjoyed every moment of our time at LE! The location is perfect, so convenient to everything we want! The amenities are beautiful and plentiful. Our biggest probelm... coming home!!My only "complaint/problem". The guest bath was very stinky with what I am guessing was mildew and mold. I mentioned it to the mgmt on premises - hope that they deal with this soon. Not sure if this was the cause of my child's headaches...I would hope that the next people do not have this problem.

We had a wonderful time staying in Luna Encantada B3! Our entire family loved it, from the wonderful food and libations at Hotel Fusion next door, the close proximity to every thing on 5th avenue, the wonderful rooftop terrace, and the comfortable beds. We have traveled to Playa del Carmen several times and find that Luna Encantada is the most convenient location to everything in town! The beach restoration has made the beach in front of Luna even better! Can't wait to return!

We stayed in unit B-3 for a week in January 2010. We were so pleased with the condo unit. The unit had many items in the kitchen which were necessary as we ate in a few times. All utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses were there. The beds were very comfy and we have stayed in some pretty hard beds in Mexico. The patio was great and we had many happy hours up there enjoying the beautiful view. The pool was very nice and was heated, we thoroughly enjoyed that. We arrived in the middle of the beach restoration which was a bit frustrating. However, when the beach did open, it was beautiful and this will only make Luna an even more ideal location. The location was perfect. The corner store provided most necessities but was a bit expensive. Go north for better prices. The fruit stand on the corner was a staple breakfast spot. We generally went to the beach in the morning. It was very hot so by noon we would stroll down 5th and find a good place for lunch. We then would either go back to the beach or sit by the pool. The pool does not have sun in the afternoon so if you're burnt, its a good place to be.
