New Year's Stay

I arrived on Dec 31st, 2009 to celebrate New Years with friends. I made arrangements with the condo complex to be picked up by a private van which worked out perfectly...I had the driver stop at Walmart to buy some things for the week and spent an hour there while the driver waited. The driver & the security guard at the complex brought all of my stuff upstairs to the unit & I was on the beach celebrating by 8pm...(a nice tip goes a long way) and I was taken care of all week long. The complex is clean, beautiful & safe with an excellant view & location. I enjoyed the condo but there was one issue the stove front needed to be replaced but they were working on that and it did not affect my stay at all. I will be back to this complex many times in the future.

This is a great property for travelers who enjoy the privacy of a condo in a small community, but also like being close to the action. From the living area you have a beautiful ocean view. Out the back door, down the stairs and you're in the middle of dining and nightlife. Pretty much everything you could need is within walking distance. The property was kept immaculate with security always in sight. Calls to any of the service personnel were answered promptly. The condo was fully equipped with pretty much anything you would have at home. Kitchen was great for cooking with the Mega grocery store within walking distance or a quick cab ride. Overall, we mostly enjoyed that we could kick back at the beach or be tourists on 5th ave. Best of both worlds.
